I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! I had been going to the same dentist since I was 5 years old, so moving to Arizona and finding a new dental office was honestly very nerve-racking for me. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. The woman who checked me in was so kind and friendly, immediately putting me at ease. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was incredibly patient and reassuring, helping calm my nerves throughout the process. Dr. Shah was amazing—professional, caring, and took the time to explain everything. I also want to give a special shout-out to the gentleman who works in the office, has four kids, and is training for a triathlon. You were fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable with your positive attitude and friendly conversation! To top it all off, GiGi was wonderful when checking me out. She was helpful, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. What could have been a stressful experience turned into one that exceeded all my expectations. I have found the best dental office. It all starts at the front desk with very friendly staff. I believe the front desk staff is one of the most important roles to a successful business. That's our first impression. I have been going to this office for about 20 years. I was with them when they were in a different location. All of the Drs are fantastic! Very attentive. Compassionate and never try to talk you into something you don't need. My dental hygienist Linda is the best. She's very gentle and I always feel like family when I'm sitting in the chair with her. Everybody there has a great attitude and they are truly are there for their patients.

I’ve been a patient at Martineau Dentistry for several years, always had a great experience with my regular cleanings. I’ve been needing to get a crown on a back molar for the last 2 years but I kept pushing it off. Getting any kind of dental work done ratchets up my anxiety and the thought of needing to drill down my tooth for a crown, my anxiety was through the roof. I finally decided it was time. I was able to add nitrous to my procedure, it was very reasonably priced and wow what a difference! Everything went smoothly and pain free. The dentist and hygienist were very patient with me and explained everything they were doing and what to expect. I highly recommend coming here for any dental work. I am so glad I found this clinic. They are the nicest people and most understanding clinic i’ve ever been too. Maria was so great when scheduling and very knowledgeable when giving me the plan for future procedures. Dr. Russel and his team were amazing at taking care of my concerns. I felt great after leaving and feeling like they truly cared.

It was my first visit to Martineau Dentistry today. I was impressed with the staff and entire experience. I had a complete exam including x-rays then a very thorough cleaning. I then met with my dentist and he took the time to discuss a complete treatment plan going forward. All my questions and concerns were answered very professionally. Their insurance person then was able to provide an accurate cost plan including options for the items that required immediate attention as well as items that could be deferred to a later date. I like that they are locally owned without corporate or out of state ownership. Although there are a number of dentists and hygienists on staff I will be seeing the same dentist and hygienist going forward which I very much prefer. Overall I was completely happy with my visit.
